IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE ON ANY ACTIVITIES?

Yes there is a minimum age for all junior activities which is 10 years and includes Segways too.  If you are having a PRIVATE birthday party we can take the minimum age down to 6 years for archery and quad biking parties combined.    If your activity is not listed under one of the Junior Activities please enquire before booking.

ARE THERE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

Yes on the Segways which is 7 stone min and max 17 stone, age restriction of minimum of 10 years of age.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

We do not normally offer food for junior/stag/hen groups instead advise everyone to bring their own party food which can be munched on while the activities are taking place.

The main buildings are not used by small groups but we do have access to the conservatory if needed. We would use the outside toilets.

Once the party is finished then guests depart from the venue, we do not allow guests to remain on site while another activity group are booked in.

ARE YOU EASY TO FIND?

Please see our Find Us page for a map.  What we do advise when you turn off Forest Lane onto the farm track that you drive with care – we do try to make it as smooth as possible but please keep to the 15 mph speed limit.   Oh and we are in the countryside so there is some mud…. Sorry.

DO I NEED A DRIVING LICENCE?

For all activities taking part at Owl Lodge you do not need a driving licence.  If you are taking part in the Military Manoeuvres Package when driving on the road you do need to have a full driving licence.

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

Please weather watch and advise all guests to wear appropriate outdoor clothing & sturdy footwear – no open toed sandals or skirts/dresses.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL

If you cancel within 2 weeks then full payment will be required unless we can fill the cancelled session If you cancel within 1 week then full payment will be required regardless – only in exceptional cases will we allow a rebook.   When you sign the booking form we will take it that you accept these terms.

We reserve the right to cancel if we consider the weather to be a health & safety issue and will offer an acceptable alternative date.
