Venues for Corporate Hospitality
Owl Lodge is the perfect base to support your event, whether its purpose is team building, staff incentives or rewards. The site covers approximately 5 acres which is purpose built to make your event the best it can be. Our instructors have years of experience in formulating the event to suit your needs. You can choose from a huge selection of activities of which more can be seen on our Team Building page. Whether you go for Motorised Sports, Country Sports or a combination of both call our Events Organising Team who can guide you through the process.
We have three meeting rooms:
NEW FOR 2022 is our amazing DUTCH BARN – it is more rustic in style but makes up for everything with facilities, including our huge fire pit in the middle of the space. It has a pulldown projector screen and seats comfortably 30 people. There is an ‘open’ extension area which can seat a further 25 and the space can be used as a whole or split into sections. The kitchen area is at one end and is perfect if you would like an event to include cooking demonstrations, as well as the pizza oven for those delicious home-made pizzas, you can either make them yourselves or have them served during your meetings.
The ORCHARD ROOM is suitable for business conferencing, meetings, training and family functions. The room has plenty of natural daylight and opens out its double doors onto a large decked veranda (disabled access) boasting panoramic views over meadows and woodland. The Orchard Room is large enough to seat 20 around its large oak tables or 30 in a theatre style layout. Heating is by wood burning stove, with a good supply of logs in colder weather and central heating.
CARA’S BARN is upstairs and provides a larger working space again an abundance of natural daylight and has spectacular elevated view from the balcony, seating up to 60 theatre style. In-house audio visual equipment includes projector, screen and surround sound system. 32” flat screen TV which can be used via laptop. Flipcharts, pads, pens supplied and centrally heated. AV equipment also available upon request.
Group sizes – We can accommodate groups of 6 and upwards. For groups of 10–16 we advise at least 2 activities. For larger groups 3 or more activities. Depending on client requirements we like to split groups into teams of 6-8. This enables maximum hands-on experience and involvement for our guests.
Our conference packages are based on 30 plus people, however, we can accommodate smaller groups. Please call us on 01249 730388 for prices.

We can offer exclusive use of our facilities on Thursdays and Fridays – please ask for details. If booking activities team building or team tasks there is no charge for using the meeting room.
